STEP 1: Browsing Products
You may browse our website or search for a specific product by entering keywords in the SEARCH BOX located at the top of page. Upon your decision to purchase, simply click on the BUY NOW button next to the product and it will automatically saved in your shopping cart order list. And you can also review the order list anytime by clicking the SHOPPING CART button located at the top of every page.

STEP 2: Check Out
Select your complimentary samples before check out. When shopping completed, click the SHOPPING CART button to proceed for check out. If you have a promotion code for special offer, enter it in the PROMOTION CODE field. And the discount will be reflected in the total after clicking the SUBMIT button. And then, click CHECK OUT for the next step.

STEP 3: Members Registration & Delivery Details
For first time purchase, you are invited to register your personal and delivery details. If you are a returning customer, simply sign in with your registered email address and password.

STEP 4: Confirm Your Order
Double check your order, quantity, price and delivery details in the confirm order page, and click CHECK OUT to enter the payment gateway.

STEP 5: Online Payment
We are offering online payment via PayPal, AliPay, VISA and MasterCard.

STEP 6: Order Completion
We will send a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION NOTICE to your registered email address within 24 hours once the order is processed, and an ORDER DISPATCH NOTICE once the order is dispatched. For estimated delivery time for specific region, please check with our DELIVERY METHODS.

We strive to provide accurate information in terms of product functions, ingredients, packaging and volumes. Please review carefully before making purchases. All photos on the website are taken with actual products. However, they may deviate in appearance due to the shooting environment, studio lighting and monitor setting. Please feel free to contact us for any enquiries.

Stock & Availability
All items you see on our website with BUY NOW button are available in stock and ready to ship at the time of order. Occasionally the stock information may not be accurate and the product may be temporarily out of stock. In this case, the system will delete the item from your order automatically.

Reference Prices
All transactions are made in U.S. dollars. For easy browsing, you may choose a reference price with your preferred currency. And exchange rates are updated periodically.

Promotion Codes
If you have a promotion code for special offer, enter it in the PROMOTION CODE field on the check out page. Please note the promotion codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When the promotion code is accepted, the offer will be reflected in the total after clicking the SUBMIT button on the check out page. You may only use one promotion code per order. And in some cases, promotion code can be redeemed once per person or one time with limited time only.

Complimentary Samples
To thank you for your shopping with us, we offer two complimentary samples upon any purchase. Feel free to select your complimentary samples before check out. We regret that we are unable to reship samples for various reasons. Some reasons are:
  • if they arrive damaged
  • if you receive the wrong one
  • if one is missing from your order

*We are glad to offer expedited shipping ONLY for orders to Mongolia and Macau.

*For Standard Shipping, single order parcel weight is limited to maximum 2 kg. If your order is over 2 kg, we will automatically split the order to meet the weight requirement. You will be notified all the TRACKING CODE by email.

**Certain countries including, but not limit to, UK, France, Germany and Spain may take relatively long time for customs clearance procedures or import inspections, additional time is consumed for some remote areas, the delivery time may therefore take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

Delivery Tracking
We will send an ORDER DISPATCH NOTICE to your registered email once the order is dispatched. You can track the order by entering the TRACKING CODE in the email or sign in to MY ACCOUNT to check order status anytime.

Customs & Tax
When ordering from shop.dermagramswiss.com, you are considered as importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local custom laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When you click on CHECK OUT, this assumes you have accepted the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charges and Import Trade Declaration for customs clearance. If you have not been able to complete this statement of the aforementioned and the package is subsequently returned to shop.dermagramswiss.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of US$16 or 15% of the total product purchase price (whichever is higher). The balance will then be refunded to you.

NOTE: As import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance must comply with the laws and requirements of the country, we MUST provide the product value for customs clearance. In addition, some countries request to attach product details with value outside the parcel, thus, we will NOT amend the product value in any circumstances.

Return & Exchange

All products are under quality check procedure before dispatch. Whilst we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition, there may be cases of damage during shipping. In such case, please fill in the RETURN & EXCHANGE APPLICATION FORM and upload a picture of the defective or wrong product(s) within 7 days after your receipt date. We will follow up as soon as possible:
- Any product that is defective when received
- Any product that is not as ordered
- Any product that is expired

Should the above happens, you have to returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us and responsible for the return shipping fee while we will be responsible for the resending shipping fee.

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns of certain products, including:
- Any product that is requested for return or exchange more than 7 days after your receipt date
- All discounted, clearance or sales product
- Any free gifted product and sample

We will not be responsible for the loss due to the wrong delivery address you provided.
